Dogs give me unspeakable joy!!
Ever since I can remember, I've been a huge dog-lover. Growing up in my family, we always had dogs in our home and they were treated as part of the family. Nowadays, my love for dogs has actually sort of transformed into a huge necessity for my emotional and mental well being. They've become somewhat therapeutic for me. Because of this, I've always offered my time to friends and family to take care of their dogs while they were at work or out of town. Before apps like Rover existed, I would often do this for free just because I enjoyed it so much. Now that I've found this opportunity, I'm excited to help owners take care of their pets as a career path.

John Smith is an amazing dog sitter. We trust him with our animals and our children. He is kind and honest, and his love for animals shows. If you want your sweet fur babies in good hands, i highly recommend giving him a try!!

John was an amazing dog sitter for my 8 week old puppy. He kept her entertained and taken care of the whole day with no issues. He was easy to work with and great with dogs.

I’ve known John for a long time now & over the years John has had to watch over & care for multiple dogs. Dogs John’s siblings or cousin would trust him to take care of while they were away. Knowing he’s done it before one day I asked John if he could dogsit my own dog while I was out of town for a week. Not only did John feed/water daily & walk my dog regularly (3 times a day) but he also took the time to play & just hangout/keep company. John was very responsible & kind & he is highly recommended in my book for a loving caregiver.

Since I work for myself as an entrepreneur, I'm very flexible with my schedule. If I'm not already tied up with other projects, I fit in pet care to my schedule whenever I possibly can.

Since I have a fenced in yard, I typically allow my own dog to run free or relax in the sun. From time to time, I take them on little adventures out in nature or just for a good walk for exercise. Depending on the dog/owner, I adjust the activities to meet their needs the best that I can.

I like to take dogs a little further out in nature, like trails and by waterfalls! If bigger adventures aren't possible, I like to play fetch with their favorite toys.
