Dog walking is my meditation.
I have grown up with dogs and adore them very much. I have watched and walked many dogs over the years. I am attentive and observant when walking dogs. A huge component of a good walk or dog-sitting is understanding the unique needs of the dog, since each dog is different.

I do not have the ability to board dogs in my home (it is against my lease). I am happy to care for dogs during the day.

John has been very communicative and thorough as our regular dog walker this summer. He is prompt and timely. Our doggo is a special boy with certain needs for medical conditions. John has gone the extra mile with making sure he is safe and comfortable after walks!
John and I have known each other for a long time. As a person, he is responsible, responsive, and very honest. As a dog caregiver, John is tender, gentle, and full of great ideas to make dogs feel comfortable and happy. He took care of my dog, Soy Sauce, several times a few years ago, and he was always extremely attentive to her dietary restrictions and health conditions. John truly goes above and beyond, making sure she had a wonderful and enriching experience every time. I always felt at ease knowing she was in his care.
John (Jack) is the kind of caregiver every dog owner hopes to find. He grew up with golden retrievers and genuinely treats every dog like family (attentive, playful, safety-focused, and deeply loving). Your dog will be happy, healthy, and well cared for with him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup besides him, he’s the first I call!

Schedule
I am available to petsit anytime, however I have work M-F and will be in an office for 8 hours. If needed, I can take a break at lunch.
