I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. Starting with my family pets and gradually helping friends and neighbours over the years. I enjoy every part of making sure pets feel safe, comfortable and happy. I love the outdoors and long walks. I have experience with pets of all ages, from young puppies to older dogs who require a gentle approach.

I live in a doggie friendly building with pet spa and enclosed garden area. My flat is also near several parks which makes dog walks nice and easy!
Ratings and reviews
We booked John to look after our dog from 8am to 8pm. Communication before and during the booking was good, and it was clear that he genuinely loves dogs and was trying his best. When our dog arrived at his flat, he settled down quickly and even took a nap. However, we were later told that he couldn't get our dog to settle afterwards, which surprised us given how relaxed he had been when he first arrived. As a result, we had to cancel our plans and return around 4pm instead of the agreed 8pm. When we picked our dog up, he seemed extremely thirsty, which was concerning. While we appreciate his efforts and were sure he did his best, we felt that he may lack the experience and reliability needed for caring for dogs. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we probably wouldn't book with him again. That said, he was communicative throughout and clearly has a genuine affection for dogs.
Definitely recommend John, he took great care of my dog Seb and kept me well updated. Looks like Seb had a lovely time as well!
Sammy had a great time at Johns. And we had peace of mind knowing he was having a lovely time, with loads of pics and updates ☺️
Really great sitter, the dogs were very happy kids and obviously loved John. Good photo updates throughout and really flexible. Will definitely be asking John to sit again.

I have always worked hybrid with 1-2 days in the office so looking to fill my working from home days with company, either by walks or doggie day care! My sales meetings are fit around my preference so really can make your little one my focus for the day
