Active, friendly dog sitter 🐾
I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them since I was young, including walking rescue dogs for a local shelter in Devon where I grew up. Since moving to London over 10 years ago, I’ve regularly looked after friends’ and local owners’ dogs, providing walks, day care and overnight stays. I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s personality, whether they’re energetic and playful or more relaxed and affectionate. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different breeds, ages and temperaments, and have experience giving medication and taking dogs to vet appointments when needed.

John is a great dog sitter! He is really nice and reliable, and he took great care of our two dogs. John sent us photos to let us know how everything was going, and was really easygoing when our flight was delayed and we arrived home late. We really appreciated it, and on top of that-John gives off a really trustworthy vibe that made us feel at ease while away.

Schedule
I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of company, attention and regular walks throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, so I can adapt to your dog’s normal routine and energy levels. We’re lucky to be close to several great green spaces, including Burgess Park, Ruskin Park and Myatt's Fields Park for walks, playtime and exercise.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s comfort and safety are always my priority. I work from home, so they won’t be left alone for long periods, and I make sure they have a calm, relaxed environment where they can settle in comfortably. We also have a secure back garden for fresh air, sniffing around and quick toilet breaks between walks. I’m happy to follow any routines, feeding schedules or care instructions to help your dog feel at home.
A typical day
A typical day depends entirely on your dog and what they enjoy most. For higher-energy dogs, we can do longer walks, park runs and plenty of playtime. For older or more relaxed dogs, I’m equally happy with slower walks, quiet company and a calm environment at home. Because I work remotely, your dog will get lots of attention throughout the day rather than being left alone. I always aim to make their stay feel relaxed, fun and familiar.
