I would not recommend John for boarding. The interior of his home was in poor condition, with food left out and an overall lack of cleanliness that concerned me when picking up my pet. Communication was minimal—only one blurry photo was sent after I requested an update, and he didn’t respond to texts the whole morning leading up to pickup. He also seemed unaware of my scheduled return date, confused as to who I was when I knocked on his door, which added to my concern. I should have scheduled a Meet & Greet beforehand, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t book again.
John K. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.
John did a very good job in taking care of my puppy (Gunnar) over Memorial Day weekend. He took pictures of my puppy each visit which provided me peace of mind. I would recommend John to anyone who asks.

John was great! Hired him for a quick check-in on short notice. He sent a few pictures of our dogs which helped us feel at ease that they were cared for. Would definitely recommend!
I received pictures most days. The dogs appeared to be happy and well cared for.
