I like to know as much as possible about a dog before their owner leaves them with me. What do they like to do? When are they used to eating? What are their routines so I can keep them as close to that as possible to reduce anxiety. I am good at giving medication (pills and shots) and even better at giving love and attention. I don't have any preference about breeds since all dogs are good if raised that way. I prefer smaller dogs, since that is what I have watched the most
A typical day
I love walking around the neighborhood and we do so often. My neighbors are used to me having different dogs, and are very welcoming to meeting them!

Pet care experience
I have a comfortable pet-oriented home in Flort Myers. Your dog will have full access to the house, including furniture and my bed. I know that many pet owners have their dogs sleep in their bed with them, and I am happy to allow them to sleep in mine so they feel more at home and experience less separation anxiety. I have had dogs my entire life and love working with them. I am familiar with young puppies as well as older dogs and have experience dealing with the special needs of each. I am comfortable dealing with medications, special diets and even shots.

It's always difficult leaving your pet of 13 years with a total stranger, yet when I met John, I could tell he cares about animals. He took the time to ask a lot of questions, learning more about Mya's habits, and showing genuine interest. Mya stayed 2 days, and John provided pictures during her stay which said it all - Mya was completely content. Although this was a trail stay over the weekend, I'm 100% confident in further extended stays with John, and would highly recommend his services.
John was absolutely fantastic. From the meet and greet to the boarding he was communicative, caring, and genuinely loved my dog for the time he was there. 100% recommend!!
We are so relieved we found John - he made us feel comfortable from day 1. Our dogs are our babies and he took excellent care if them and sent us plenty of updates. Thank you John!
John has watched Lola on multiple occasions. She just adores him, and it's great to know she's in good hands when we're away. 100% recommend!
