My care for animals is rooted in my nature. I have spent 28 years loving and caring for dogs, cats, and livestock like sheep and goats. I currently volunteer at the Ulster County SPCA weekly doing dog and cat socialization. I bring genuine passion, care, and patience to each pet that is in my care.

Jack H is the best dog walker I have ever had, he is reliable, punctual and treated my dog like his own. My dog was always excited when Jack arrived I cannot recommend Jack enough to anyone looking for trustworthy pet care.
I have had Jack watch/walk my insane 6 year old Jack Russel Terrier a few times and he always does a fantastic job! My dog is very high energy and Jack goes above and beyond to give him plenty of attention and exercise.
As his father, John had grown up with pets that he was responsible for their care, including both dogs and cats. He treated them with the love and care I was proud to see and know first hand that he has shown the same high level of care for other’s pets as well.
Jack regularly took excellent care of my four month old pup for a little over 2-1/2 years until he moved out of state a year ago. He always followed instructions regarding feeding and exercise. And he consistently displayed patience, discipline and a spirit of fun when interacting with my dog, a small male terrier named Hank.
Jack is a great individual for spending time and enhancing the lives of pets and their safety and well-being. He has shown me his consistent responsibility and care of his three year-old poodle, as well as for my two English Mastiffs and Rat Terrier. He loves farm animals as well. I have also known him to be friendly and caring about the well-being of neighborhood cats. He is personable, caring, and it is easy to communicate with him.

Schedule
I am available for pet visits and walks from 6am to 11am and 8:30pm to 10:30pm during the week. My availability on the weekends is much more flexible. Let’s chat and come up with a plan.
