Ratings and reviews
John did an amazing job with our dogs this last week. We had booked John for the first time on a last-minute notice, and he did not disappoint! He came over before we left so we could introduce him to our 2 dogs (3 year old Black Lab and 1 year old Shar Pei) and go for a walk with us. While we were gone he stayed in contact with us about the dogs, and sent photos. When we got back home, the bed was stripped, house was clean, and dogs were happy and healthy. We definitely recommend John!

John is amazing! He has an incredible connection with animals — it’s something you notice instantly. I’ve watched him care for dogs, cats and even birds with patience, confidence, and genuine affection. As the owner of Vermont Dog Camp, he’s out on the trails with dogs almost every day, keeping them happy, safe, and well-exercised. I trust him completely with my own pets, and I’ve seen how quickly other animals warm up to him. He’s dependable, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile.

Schedule
When I’m not walking dogs with Vermont Dog Camp, I’m usually spending time at home with my own pets or caring for others in the neighborhood. Whether it’s a morning walk, a midday check-in, or a cozy evening visit, I always make time to give each pet the attention and care they deserve.
