I believe this is truly an important job, and I know what it’s like to leave someone you care about behind. I am a life-long dog and cat owner with an extensive background in behavioral science, and a Master’s in Education. My friends and coworkers describe me as friendly, caring, empathetic, and of high integrity. I give the utmost attention to animals under my care, and have always taken pride in my attentiveness and sensitivity to animals' needs, moods, and behaviors. I love to keep animals company! Research shows most animals enjoy the attention of conversation! I'm very vocal with my pets. I always give lots of verbal praise, say good morning/goodnight, and even revamp popular hit songs to include your pet’s name! While I have experience working with animals in a behavioral psych role, my greatest passion is working as a social skills therapist for children with developmental disabilities. I run a small business that offers affordable online support for students based on a research driven UCLA program.

I have experience taking care of all types of dogs including special needs, physical disabilities, and diabetic pets. I see my self as a very considerate person, and I anticipate the needs and preferences of my animals.

John is an amazing human and even better dog sitter. Our 70lb bully had emergency spinal surgery 10 days before a planned trip that we could not cancel. Although our doggie required special care-John was more than capable and willing to help. He has genuine care and compassion for his wards and maintains great communication. Made our travel much more stress free-since our guy was in good hands. We sincerely appreciate John time and attention to our recovering boy.
John was great! We booked last minute. I went with him based on his reviews, and they’re all accurate. He was prompt and our dog took to him immediately. We got photos while we were out and Faust was so relaxed when we got back. We will definitely book with him again in the future. Honestly, 10 out of 10.
John does an amazing job! He watched our 2 cats and 2 dogs over the weekend. He’s a very experienced pet sitter for both cats and dogs. He’s very trustworthy and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for pet care!
We had such a great experience with John! He watched our pup for a couple days as we took day trips with family. He was responsive, patient, flexible, and so kind. We would definitely want to book with him again!
John is truly fantastic! He made sure he knew of our dogs quirks and needs and took care of them accordingly. We felt at peace knowing they were under his care while we had to be away. Highly recommend!
So grateful to have found John, he was great with our "challenging" dog and sent great pics during his stay!

Schedule
I work and study from home, so I will be spending lots of time with your pet! I’m very flexible, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s schedule. I know dogs appreciate not being rushed, giving them the time and attention they deserve.
