The more wag, the better!
Hi there! My girlfriend, Emma, and I are lifelong dog-lovers! As young professionals living 2,000 miles away from our family doggos, we are desperate for four-legged company. While we take care of our friends’ dogs sometimes, the odd weekend here or there hasnt been enough to “scratch the itch.” We live in a small home with a fenced-in backyard in the Baker neighborhood. Since we both work from home, we have plenty of time for walks and playtime. Emma also has experience working in a dog kennel and I have been given five star belly rub reviews by every Yelp-using dog I’ve ever taken care of. We are more than happy to take special requests, since we know that we are being entrusted with your best friends. We don’t take that responsibility lightly. John and Emma were great! They were flexible with my vague hiking schedule and took great care of Pepper. She came back happy, healthy, and tired from the attention she got while at John and Emma's home. Will definitely contact them again when going out of town.
Jack and Emma are absolutely amazing with my girl Rosie! They've watched her a few times now, and she gets so excited every time she goes back. Rosie’s an older gal with some dog reactivity, and they’ve been so patient and skilled at handling her — I always feel totally at ease knowing she’s in such good hands.

Schedule
We both work remote jobs so we are able to squeeze in play time and walks throughout the day. On weekends, most of the activities we love are very dog friendly and we can take your pup along (if that’s their thing!).

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a home with a fenced in yard, but still play lots of attention to pups in the yard because we have known some escape artists! We’re happy to crate your dog when we are out of the house if that works better for them and you.
A typical day
We talk lots of walks around the Baker neighborhood, enjoy practicing tricks and commands, and even will even head into the mountains for hikes if that’s what they’re into!
