Pet care experience
I have been responsible for and nurturing pets ever since I was in elementary school. After gaining experience as a pet sitter, I landed a job at a family-owned pet store that specialized in upscale food and supplies. In my 13 years managing the store, I had the pleasure of interacting with countless animals and their humans, helping them find the perfect food, treats, toys, and training tools to ensure their overall health and contentment. Odds are, I'll remember your pet's name before yours!

HI I DONAGHY John was my first human friend when I left the shelter besides the ones that were Momz and Dad. I had a lot of Cracked Marbles in my head because of anxieties so I didn’t like people very much. But John is a people that I like. That’s because he is very nice and quiet and learned how to talk to me. He has been my friend for a very very long time and I like his dog Loki. He listens to what pets need. I like to whisper to him and say I NEED COOKIES. Momz says she wouldn’t trust too many people with me because I have been labeled a Flight Risk. But she trusts John completely and can dogsit me whenever he wants. She knows he will keep me safe and I will not be scared because he is nice. I hope that my message will help convince you to let John be friends with your dog or black cat or orange/white cat or tortoise. That’s who lives at my house. If you have different animals he will probably be just as nice to them too.
My dog, Donaghy, says that you should stop scrolling right now because you’ve just found your pet’s BFF! Not only will you get someone who loves all animals with John, you’ll also get someone who has worked around them for many years. There are a lot of pet friends on Rover, but not many of them can bring the experience in pet care like he can. Besides his professional knowledge, he’s just simply kind to humans and animals. I feel good about John pet sitting because I know he listens to and respects what pet parents need. Above all, he will be a lifelong friend for your pet, just as he is for mine. You will LOVE him, just as Donaghy, Lily (cat), and I do!
John is great with Vito and someone I know I can really trust with my mastiff mix. I highly recommend John if you need someone to take care of your furbaby!
