It's always a sigh of relief when John is available to sit and care for Olga. She's crazy about him, and I like his frequent communication and wonderful pics!

We are so grateful that we found John this year! This was his third stint taking care of our two dogs—one of whom is very reactive—and he has been kind, caring, and assiduous in his attention to them each time. He’s gotten to know them and they him, and there’s a great comfort level in knowing that John will be with them while we’re away. He is thoughtful, flexible, trustworthy, and has a positive outlook. He has excellent communication skills, always prompt in responding as well as sending updates and photos! For this trip to China, I checked on John’s availability before booking airline tickets and hotels—he has instilled us with such confidence that he’s a deciding factor! (And the house is spotless when we get home!)
