Experienced dog sitter
I’ve lived with and looked after many pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals. I regularly look after my friends dogs, cats and other small pets. I have a passion for dogs and although I don’t currently have my own I regularly walk dogs daily with friends and/or family. I’ve helped train puppies and also spent time caring for elder dogs. I currently work for a company that produces smart devices for pets so I am very familiar with animals and the wants and needs required to look after them and their welfare.

John is brilliant with my two Cockapoos, Toast and Crumpet. He clearly has a genuine love for dogs and is so caring and attentive with them. They always have a great time with John and are genuinely excited to see him. I feel completely relaxed leaving them with him, knowing they’re happy, well looked after and in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone looking for a kind and trustworthy dog sitter!
John has looked after our working Golden Retriever Harley several times for us, and I couldn't recommend him more. He has a genuine love for dogs and shows them boundless love and affection. Harley loves to see John and has a special bond with him now that means we are so comfortable leaving Harley with him for overnights and walkies. Harley can be strong on the lead, but John manages this well out on walks, making sure that Harley still gets all the exercise he needs!
I have 2 dogs, one of them being a puppy. John has looked after my dogs multiple times and they've always had a great time. He is responsible and very attentive. My dogs love spending time with John whether that's for a week or just for a walk. As John also works from home it means he's able to look after dogs during the day when owners may be at work, which is perfect especially when you have a puppy and need someone to keep an eye on them. Overall, I can't recommend John enough!

Schedule
I work fully remote for a pet device company and regularly spend my spare time with my friends and families pets. I’m active and love walking, I have completed the Camino de Santiago and enjoyed every step. Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own I have pet beds, bowls and other toys etc as I regularly look after dogs at my house.

I make sure my house is pet friendly and love to get to know every animal I pet sit. A part of forming a bond and making sure they are cared for is understanding the behaviours and habits they already have and keeping as routine as you can to keep them safe and happy. I’ve regularly pet sat at friends homes and always treat their animals and homes with love and care.
