John was very responsive to messages regarding pick-up and drop-off and my outreach while I was away. He was timely to meet up for both drop off and pick up too and my dog seemed well cared for when we returned. My only wish would have been for him to send more photos and updates but I realised I didn't specify this beforehand so I was content with his rapid responses and photos when I asked for updates.

John was fantastic with our dog. We left her with him for 10 days and he constantly keeps us updated with videos of our dog. You can leave your dog with him in complete safety, knowing that he'll be well looked after!!
