Growing up with dogs and brothers I’d always find myself around the fur balls over my older siblings. Since childhood I’ve helped with our family pets and quickly earned the trust of our neighbors and friends in my home town, taking care of many different dog breeds! Now as a Rover sitter, my lady and I work together to make sure all pups are kept exercised and loved while they stay with us 🤗 Your vacation will also be your dogs vacation 🐾

I was so nervous about leaving our 11-week old GSP puppy with someone during a family vacation, but John and Haley eased all my fears when we connected! From the jump, John asked questions that showed he knew what he was doing. Gus was definitely at the age of being an absolute menace, but they were so patient and calm with him. We received the cutest daily updates, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you, John and Haley! Thanks to you, we didn’t have to cancel our vacation and were able to enjoy it knowing that Gus was having a fun week too!
John was super responsive and very flexible with our needs! We got photos regularly and our dog got plenty of walks and cuddles. John even had lots of amenities already at his house, like a bed and bowls, so we didn't have to bring our own. Highly recommend!
We are so thankful for John. He took great care of Junie again and was flexible with pick-up times to accommodate our travel needs.
They updated me with photos and any issue that arose was also able to pick him up a night earlier due to scheduling lining up!

Schedule
I work evenings leaving my days free for walking, hiking and heading over to the dog park, depending on your pups preference! Between me and my girlfriends schedule, your dog will only be left home alone for a couple hours tops before one of us is back home to give your dog the attention it deserves!

We have Dry Bridge Park just 10 blocks away for daily walks to, from, and around the field and pond! The dog park is only a 5 minute drive away if you have a social pupperfly 🐕 Also if your dog loves the woods and hiking so do we, and will drive the extra distance to go exploring the beautiful local mountains and hikes in our area 🏔️

A typical day
Our day will be based on the dogs needs/owners requests; and will vary depending on the length of time the dog will be staying with us. We always exercise our guests and have a fenced backyard for free roaming and hanging out!
