Want to address the 2 cancellations in the reviews section: 1. a pet owner had scheduled a sitting, but no longer needed the pet to be watched. The owner did not edit the booking on Rover prior to the start, so I cancelled on my end so they wouldn’t be charged 2. There was a double booking with two pups I watch regularly and I canceled the one who had an alternate option
