John has taken excellent care of my miniature poodle for nearly eight years. My dog has a special diet and likes to protest eating. Somehow John is patient enough to get him to eat by separating him from other dogs and encouraging a calm environment during feeding time. John notices subtle changes in my dog's behavior or habits and makes sure to tell me if he spots a concern. My dog is happy and treated like a family member by John. I couldn’t ask for anything more than that!
