This was the second time Johanny has cared for our dog, Honey. Everything went perfectly and we will definitely use her services in the future!
Johnny and his family took good care of my golden. They sent pics every day, responded to my questions with patience. They truly enjoy dogs. It's in the details sometimes - when I picked up my dog, he was cleaned up and his bowl was washed and packed up to go. I have seen so many others who do the bare minimum and don't even bother with stuff, so I appreciated it
This was the first time that we have used rover to board our dog while on vacation, and we were incredibly pleased with the care provided to him by Johanny. Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care. This was why we decided to try Rover rather than just boarding him at a kennel. Johanny was available at late notice and was amazing with Benny. We received pictures each day and she had no trouble administering all the medications. He was healthy when we returned and we are incredibly grateful for the care that she provided. We will DEFINITELY be using her again in the future.
Johanny took very good care of my dog Charlie, he came home happy and tired. She was also very accommodating when our schedule for leaving changed a bit.

Schedule
We're available every day, as we're a family of six, so there's always someone at home. We can take care of them day and night and take them for walks.

I have a fenced backyard where they can play and run freely. They can also roam freely inside the house. I also have a spare bedroom so they can sleep more peacefully.
