Johanne was extremely kind and accommodated a last minute booking for us. Our energetic dog got plenty of walking around her neighborhood and got to spend lots of time on the dock by the river. She kept us updated on how our dog was doing during the stay and sent us photos. We were very grateful that she could look after our dog and would gladly rebook her services. Johanne est très serviable et a accepté d’héberger notre chien malgré le fait que nous avions réservé à la dernière minute. Elle a pris très bon soin de notre chien Turbo, qui a beaucoup d’énergie. Notre chien a pu passer sa journée agréablement au bord de la rivière et à se promener dans son quartier. Nous sommes très contents d’avoir rencontré Johanne et reconnaissants de l’effort qu’elle a mis et du soin qu’elle a pris à s’occuper de notre chien.

Johanne was beyond amazing with my dogs. She was always on time, kept up communication, got some fantastic photos and kept us updated about both our dogs. I was worried at first as one of my dogs is a muscular puller and thought for sure that it would be a challenge but not at all. She handled both dogs perfectly and I am pretty sure she taught them to be bilingual as well. 10/10 she will be my number one choice and the only person I will recommend to others. I can not express how happy we were with our experience. I am not sure if there are awards or 6 star status but If anyone from the Rover teams see this Johanne should be given elite status.
