My experience with this sitter was not the best. Profile states has no pets and only boards one client at a time. We met for a meet and greet, there was no evidence of other animals present. Their townhome is under pretty intense remodel, but other than that no issues. When we went to drop Chooch (our dog) off there was another dog there named Zoey. We booked this sitter based on the fact they only accept one client at a time which clearly was not the case. During the drop off Zoey got loose the sitters brother tried following on foot but could not catch her. My husband and I followed her around the neighborhood to help. jojo messaged me the we let her dog loose and she was gone (again profile states owns no pets). We returned Zoey to the house and with misgivings left our dog as we were flying out the next day and this was our only sitter option. The dogs got along ok when meeting which was fine. Sitter provided pics on request but not like I was expecting based on experience with other sitters. When we picked our pup up he was high as a kite. Bedding, him, and all toys reeked of weed. He do not appear to have been given any of his treats as the bag was still completely full. My son just went to take him on a walk and we noticed his vest we sent him with was broken. Again no heads up that it got ruined and was zip tied. This is the response I was given about the best, “ The first time I left the house I put Chooch in his crate but left his vest on the top of it. He managed to pull part of it in the crate and chewed it or broke the bracket. 🤦‍♀️ I couldn't walk home till we tied it up.” story does not add up and there are absolutely no teeth marks on his vest like she states. Overall this is not the sitter for us at all.
