I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to spend plenty of time with the pets I care for throughout the day, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, cuddles, or quiet companionship. Because I’m home most of the time, pets are not left alone for long periods and can settle into a calm, consistent environment.

I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I have two full-time whippets and a cat of my own, and I regularly care for my friends’ pets, from large dogs like Labradoodles to small dogs like Dachshunds. I work from home, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with the pets I care for and give them attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and comfort throughout the day. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, fears, comforts, and little quirks. That is always where I start with my care. I take time to understand what makes each pet feel safe and happy, and I care for them in a way that suits them. I grew up in the bushveld of South Africa surrounded by animals, so I have a lifelong love and respect for them. Every pet I watch is treated like my own little companion.
