Great sitter pictures every day and took time out of her day to bathe them and play with them kept me informed and is all I can ask for

I needed someone responsible for taking care of my dog while I had to go on a trip for a whole week, I spoke with some pet sitters, but none of them fit my needs. Then, I spoke with Johanna, at first I was a bit hesitant because she looked so young, and I wanted someone more grown up, but as long as I started talking with her she showed that she was very mature and responsible. Also, the reviews confirmed that; we set a meet and greet, and the other day we reunited, as soon as I met her I knew that she could take care of my dog, she was sweet, receptionist, and she listened to everything that I said, there was a moment when my dog was running through the yard while we were talking and he started to slobber, she noticed and she grabbed a little towel and she cleaned him up as he was her own dog, that assured me that he will be very well cared. She gave updates every day, and she followed all the instructions that I gave. Additionally, my dog was allowed to sleep with her and her little sister in their room, which was also very important to me, because he sleeps in my daughter's room, and that made him feel at home, the grandma is also sweet, she is a very family person and trustworthy. Bolt had fun, he played constantly with the other dogs that belong to the house, even when I was a bit worried about this because Bolt is the only dog at home, but I can say that he had so much fun. The house has an enormous yard where they can have plenty of great fun with security. I highly recommend Johanna if you want your dog to be well cared for. I will count on her next time for sure.

Johanna took great care of Gaia , more than I had imagined, Gaia our dog was so happy to go on walks and spend time with Johanna, highly recommend.

Johanna took amazing care of my cats during their stay. I got frequent updates, photos, and could tell my pets was happy and comfortable. She treated them like family. I’d absolutely recommend her and will be booking again!

I had such a great experience with Johanna! She was super communicative the entire time and kept me updated with tons of pictures and videos, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. I knew I needed someone who could keep him entertained and this was exactly the kind of environment I was looking for. When I picked him up, he was happily exhausted and noticeably calmer, which tells me he got plenty of playtime and attention. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive sitter. Overall a very kind, understanding, and flexible person.
