Caring pet home near Wekiva Springs
I have cared for all sorts of pets over the years from rabbits, to a flock of chickens, to my beloved childhood dog (a sheltie who was born deaf), and now my cheerful, fun-loving golden retriever. I have always been fond of animals, but I find that dogs, in particular, have such a unique ability to add so much joy and fullness to life.

Always our go to for Finley. He loves going there and Johanna is awesome. Very responsible and easy to communicate with.
Johanna was great! Always answered any questions I had during Hiccup’s stay and also sent update pictures. Hiccup seemed to get comfortable fairly quickly, so that’s always a good sign since he can be hesitant at times, but he loved it!
Thank you Johanna for always being a second home to our Finley. It is so easy knowing he is well taken care of and happy to visit your home.
A great experience, again ☺️ I believe this is the fourth time Johanna has watched our dog over the past few years. This was the longest trip we’ve taken and furthest we’ve gone (12 days in Europe), and leaving our dog was my biggest concern! Thankfully Johanna was available, and she did a great job as always.

Schedule
I work from home as an artist and seamstress, so my schedule is usually very flexible. That also means if your dog is on the sociable side and needs to be around people often, I am able to provide a lot of attention because I spend most of my time at home during the week.

I live in a spacious 2-story home with plenty of room to play indoors, as well as a large fenced-in backyard to run around to their hearts' content. I enjoy taking my dog, Kylo, for short walks 3-4 days a week around our quiet neighborhood. Kylo is very energetic, playful and sociable, and if he could, he would be best friends forever with any human he meets. I also live with two other family members who love animals, so your dog would get lots of love and attention. Drop-off & Pickup Time Policy The earliest drop-off time that I offer is 8:00am The latest pickup time that I offer is 8:30 pm
Pets
A typical day
I have a large backyard with a lot of space to play frisbee and catch; my golden retriever, Kylo likes to run laps around the yard with any dog that stays and enjoys running as well. I take short walks around the neighborhood, and in the summer, Kylo loves going swimming in the pool with his friends.
