I had dogs my entire childhood and was the proud dad of a female Yorkshire for 20 years. I have experience with all sizes and breeds and I enjoy walking around the city or going for fresh air to Central Park. If your dog likes running, I'll take him on my jog! I am also a volunteer for Muddy Paws rescue so you will see me at Union Square on a regular basis. If you have any special requests for pick-up, drop-off or any question, please let me know, I am pretty flexible. I can accommodate any size dog and I don't crate them unless it's per your request. I take only one dog at a time so your pup will get my full attention. I'll speak to your dog (and you, of course) in French, Spanish and English.

5/5. Johann boarded Chowder at his place and made the whole thing easy. He picked Chowder up and dropped him off, which took a real logistics headache off my plate, and he kept me updated throughout with the kind of messages you actually want: that Chowder had settled in quickly and was doing well. Chowder is a young, energetic pit mix who gets anxious when left alone, and Johann handled him with patience and took him on multiple walks each day, so he came home tired and happy rather than stressed. He clearly treated him like his own. I'd book Johann again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone with a high-energy dog.

Schedule
I have a mixed scheduled and my office is a 20min commute so I can easily stop by the house to make sure everything is going well (the pet-cam does also a great job at keeping me worry-free).

A typical day
I love walking around the city, going to the park or just playing around. I have several parks close to the house and I may take them on a Jog if they enjoy exercise.

- I am comfortable with any breed and size. I've been with Rover for quite a few years now and I have hosted from 6lbs to 100lbs dogs (and a few cats). If your dog has behavioral issues or separation anxiety, it is crucial I know about it, both for his comfort & safety and for your peace of mind.
