I share my life with three wonderful dogs of all sizes (small, medium, and large) and grew up caring for both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable administering medication when needed and believe in building a strong, loving bond with every pet I meet. Your pets will quickly feel like part of my extended family. I have experience working with shy or hesitant pets as well as high-energy dogs, and I pride myself on patience, attentiveness, and understanding their unique needs. You can count on frequent photo updates and open communication — I’m always just a call or text away, day or night. New Clients I like to meet in person before the first booking so I can get to know you, your pet(s), and any special needs or routines. Pet Sitting I’ll follow your pet’s feeding schedule and daily routine, while adding extra exercise through walks, playtime, or park visits. I also keep your home tidy while you’re away — including watering plants, taking out trash, and handling small household tasks as needed. You’ll always know when I arrive and when I leave. Drop-In Visits & Walks I’m a strong, experienced walker who can handle multiple dogs at once. I’m always mindful of weather conditions and safety, and I also enjoy jogging with dogs who love a little extra exercise. My Commitment As a stay-at-home dog parent, I have flexibility in my schedule and can provide plenty of companionship for your pets. I have standing walks and visits, often around lunch and dinner times, and I make sure you’re notified when I come and go. My goal is to make sure your pets feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away with you not worrying one bit.

Johann did an amazing job with Duck his first time watching him! He is very knowledgeable of animal behavior and different breeds. We got adorable videos of our pup throughout the weekend and plenty of updates that put my mind at ease. Our dog has some health concerns and he did a great job tackling his medications and restrictions. He also left the house cleaner than when he arrived! Highly recommend booking with Johann for your next trip.
This was Quincey’s second stay with Johann, and I already have another trip planned where she’ll be staying with him again. I can’t give a stronger recommendation than being a repeat client. Quincey is a high-energy Australian Shepherd, and she fits right in with Johann’s pack. It’s obvious he pays close attention to each dog’s personality and needs, and I always know she’s getting plenty of exercise, supervision, and care. Johann goes above and beyond with daily video updates, which are always fun to watch and make it easy to see how much Quincey is enjoying herself. The best part is that I never have to worry while I’m away because I know she’s in great hands. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your dog and treats them like one of his own, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Johann. I’ll definitely continue booking with him!
Johann was fantastic with Quincey and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Quincey is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd with plenty of energy, and it was clear from every update that she was happy, comfortable, well cared for, and having a great time. Johann sent regular updates and videos, and I never worried about her for a second because I knew she was in such good hands. Johann was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. I already plan to book with him again for my next trip in a couple of weeks, which is probably the strongest endorsement I can give. I would highly recommend Johann to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.
Johann is fantastic! Our 2 pups Bacot and Karl absolutely adore Johann and it was clear that Johann truly cares about them. He took care of them as if they were his very own. His communication was second to none and he let us know how they were every step of the way. Despite our tugging labs he always kept them safe and left no shadow of a doubt that they were in the best of hands. 100% will call on him again in the future to take care of our babies!
Johann continues to knock it out of the (dog) park! 😁 My dogs adore him almost as much as I do. Amazingly helpful, conscientious, and trustworthy. Always willing to go the extra mile, and this is so appreciated given I have a dog with special needs.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Johann. We started working with Johann after our dog was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease and we were looking for someone to come stay with him in our home while we were away. Johann gave us regular text updates, pictures, videos, and even don’t chores around our home so that we returned to a house that was cleaner than we left it. Five stars are not enough for Johann!

Schedule
I’m a dedicated dog parent and experienced pet sitter, with regular walks and visits mostly during lunch and dinner. When I’m pet-sitting, I’ll spend as much time as possible with your furry friend, keeping them happy and comfortable.
