Big and small, I love them all!
I've taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! Everything from reptiles to rabbits to cats and dogs. I grew up with two dachshunds, and as a teenager and college students I walked, sat, and boarded dogs of all ages and sizes. I can help keep up with training while you're away and maintain the boundaries and commands you've worked so hard on with your young puppy. I can play with your energetic adult, and snuggle and scratch your lazy senior. I have experience with special needs dogs and can help with your dog's individualized care needs and medication schedule. I understand the importance of maintaining routine and connection with your animal while you're away, and as a pet parent myself understand the stress and anxiety of leaving your animals behind- you'll get photos and updates from me for the duration of my service, so you can have peace of mind and fully enjoy your vacation! Have a small space? A high energy breed? No problem! Ask me about scheduling a private play date! With my Sniffspot membership- which gives me access to private, fully fenced dog parks- I'll take your pup on special adventures and bring them home happy and ready to nap.

Safety, trust & environment
I can easily keep any arrangements discussed while you're away, such as crating, keeping specific doors closed or latched, or doggy doors accessible or closed at night. Every time I leave the house I make sure there is plenty of fresh water available to your dog, as well as a full food bowl if they are free-fed grazers. I prefer to keep open communication with my clients and send messages each time I leave so you know your pet has been safely cared for, however if you prefer to not be disturbed we can discuss other options.

Joey was wonderful with our cat. She took great care of him, followed instructions, and was very friendly. She gave great, very detailed updates which made our trip even more enjoyable.
Joey did such a great job with our two cats and even went above and beyond to clean up a few messes. :) She sets my mind at ease when I'm traveling because I know my kitties are in great hands and enjoying some play time and stimulation.
Joey is very reliable and we are so lucky to have found her. She is patient and kind with our shy kitties. She takes the time to make them feel comfortable and makes sure they get some love and attention while she visits. I don’t have to worry when I travel anymore.

Schedule
I work full time, and am mostly available on weekends- Saturdays and Sundays, with potential flexibility Fridays or Mondays with enough notice. I have a consistent hour break in the middle of the day and am available to check in for potty breaks M-F.
