I currently work full time about 2 miles from our home so I can come home throughout the day and check on our dogs. Sometimes I work from home, too. Even when I'm working full time I see clients in the community which gives me flexibility to stop in and check on everything.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a very large, fully fenced in back yard with a solid 6 foot fence all around. We're also on a dead end street that's private with very low vehicle traffic. There's a doggy door into the house, a small sandbox, and we can put a small pool outside if it's appropriate for your pet. This works especially well for older dogs that might need frequent potty breaks. They are safe to go outside as often as they would like. We have an older 8 lb Schiperkee/Chihuahua mix and very shy 20 lb Australian poodle to keep your pets company. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat that loves the freedom to come and go as she pleases.
Information Joey B. would like to know about your pet
Any special needs, how they interact with other dogs, and any medications. Also if your dog prefers being inside or outside, in or out of a crate, and whether they are safe to have the kiddie pool set up. I don't like crating dogs, but Crosby loves his and goes in on his own. Some dogs prefer their own space.
A typical day
Mabel and Crosby love the dog parks. Crosby is a natural leader on hikes and likes to stop every once in a while, look back, and make sure we are keeping up. Mabel goes absolutely nuts for her rubber frisbees, and she gets to play with it every day. At least once a week we drive out somewhere to a big open field so she can chase it as far as I can throw it.

Pet care experience
Pets have been in my life for 34 years. Lucy was the first dog I adopted outside of my family home. She was six months old and we had an amazing 14 years together. I've experienced every stage from puppy energy to no more energy. I also have experience pet sitting dogs with diabetes who need shots. I'm most knowledgeable with lab's but love all dogs.
Reviews

Joey was an A1 host! Carmela had such a great time and we felt so comfortable with her under his watch!

10/10 highly recommended!! Thank you for taking care of my dog.

Fantastic. This was my dogs first time staying with a sitter and they did an amazing job taking care of her and keeping me updated on it. I will continue to leave her with them in the future.
