We had such a wonderful experience! took amazing care of our dog for a full week, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We really appreciated the daily updates and all the photos sent, which gave us peace of mind and let us see how happy and well cared for our pup was while we were away. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our furry family member!

Joelle did send many pictures of my dog during the sit, which I appreciated. However, the biggest issue was communication. Her messages were very difficult to understand, and there was very little clear confirmation that my instructions were being followed. My dog was sick during the sit and required specific feeding instructions, but I was left unsure whether he was being fed properly because I did not receive clear updates. She was also supposed to check in at 10 AM, but I received no communication until around 4 PM, and only after I had asked my neighbor to go check on my dog. This was very stressful and felt irresponsible, especially given my dog’s health condition. Another challenge was that there was no option to speak over a phone call, as she communicated only through text, which made resolving urgent concerns difficult. The apartment was also not maintained in a clean condition. Overall, I appreciate the photos she shared, but I would have expected significantly better communication, reliability, and attention to care instructions.

The best dog sitter you can ask for!! Joelle made sure to send plenty of update pictures and made sure Duke had plenty of outside time.
