I have been responsible for the safety of many dozens of dogs through the years. At your home I would make sure that they are always in my sight, comfortable and happy while following the rules you have set out for your household. Dogs and cats are my favorite creatures on the earth, so you can rest assured that they will be fussed over and spoiled until your return.

I like to know a pet’s temperament, how they interact with others. It’s important to know if they are leash aggressive or escape artists. I like to know if they have any major health or behavioral issues, what medications they are taking and when, and the contact for their vet.
A typical day
We will love taking walks around the neighborhood at their pace, smelling the smells and catching up with their daily pee-mail, fetch or tug in a safe fenced in area, trips to the beach or park and hiking in the redwoods. Snuggles and down time are also important, and I have experience giving a “T-touch” massage for maximum relaxation.

Pet care experience
I have worked for the last 7 years at a boutique dog daycare and boarding business. I began working there after my 17 yr old special needs pug angel passed away. She inspired me to do something with all the love I had, to pass it on to others. I have experience handling dogs of all ages and abilities, and I understand wild puppy energy well. Seniors and special needs animals have a special place in my heart. I get tremendous satisfaction out of making their lives easier with patience and love. I have experience administering meds and injections to both cats and dogs. As the human to a precious chihuahua with a seizure disorder, I understand the importance of giving meds on a schedule. I look forward to meeting all of you and and your many pets!
