I would like to know if they are aggressive or bite. If they do, I have to approach them differently I need to earn their trust. I want them to smell my scent first, letting them know that I am not a threat but a friend and a companion.
A typical day
When the dogs are with me, dog parks and long walks will be helpful for their health. Once they get back home, I am pretty sure, they will be falling asleep next to me. Indoor playtime is also a fun thing to do, it helps them not get bored. Let me tell you more about me and my dogs:I am a lover of dogs. Since 1997 I had the joy of having 5 dogs. My first two dogs were Shadow (Jack Russell Terrier mix) and Missy (Terrier mix), my original kids. They grew to be the best kids I ever had. I had to make sure that they are always loved, cared for and of course smelling clean, active and fed. I made sure that they eat first before I can eat my own food. They were spoiled to the max. When time to bed, they always have the bed, most of the time, I end up on the edge of "their" bed. Sadly Missy passed away after 11 years due to cancer and Shadow passed away after 15 years due to old age. While Shadow was in his adult years, I got to enjoy the company of a family of Shih-tzu. Caramel (the Mom), Machiatto (the Dad), and Jasper (the Son). I had Caramel in 2005 and Machiatto in 2006. After a year Jasper was born. I have so many memorable adventures with all four of them. Shadow was going blind and I got the opportunity to train Machiatto to help Shadow with his new environment, both of them would be connected to a leash and when i call Machiatto, he would come and would tug Shadow, it came to a point where Shadow trusted Machiatto so much that Machiatto knew that he was there for Shadow. Caramel and Machiatto were inseparable. They cuddle together, they sleep together, they eat together. Jasper thinks he is "human". If for some reason, I wanted all 4 of them in their own beds, Jasper would just whine all night until I get him and bring him next to me. I can't count how many times I have slept on the carpet next to their beds. I would do anything for them. I moved from San Francisco to San Diego with the dogs, one of the reasons is that I was looking for a place where we can do a lot of outdoor activities and we found it here in San Diego. They love the dog parks and the beaches. My heart ached when Caramel and Machiatto passed away together last March due to cancer and tumor. Jasper is the only one left. Jasper is now 12 years old and still strong and active. They have given me so much love and joy throughout these years. Machiatto had seizure growing up, Jasper became blind due to some infections in his eyes, and the Missy, Caramel and Shadow where very healthy growing up.

I can share my love of dogs. I am always available for your dogs, I can give them the care, comfort, love and attention that they need when you are away. I can take them for long walks, dog games and basic training, give them baths if need me, brush them, nail cutting, take care of their meals and any medications needed in a timely manner and make sure that they are well taken care of. Indoor activities is also beneficial that way they are always in the present with me. I want them to have a balance of activities and rest. I have several pet references to prove how I care for the dogs I have and the dogs that I have pet sit for before.

Hello, I have known Joel for the last 15 years, he is a great pet lover, he had 3 dogs when I met him and can tell he was great with them. Always playing with them and making sure they were happy. Dogs love him and he is really patient and caring with them. I highly recommend Joel for this job, I know he'll do a great job and all dogs would be happy with him. You won't regret hiring him for the job.
