Dedicated Care for Your Pups

Lifelong Experience & Special Needs Expertise I have been around dogs most of my life and have personally cared for two dogs over the past 20 years. Both of my long-term companions developed chronic health conditions, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for senior dogs and pets with special needs. Medication Administration: I am fully comfortable and experienced in administering oral medications safely and calmly. Breeds & Sizes: While I have a lot of personal experience with smaller dogs, I am completely comfortable and confident handling larger breeds as well. Brachycephalic/Short-Nose Breeds: I understand the unique health requirements of short-nosed breeds, particularly regarding proper heat management, exercise limits, and respiration monitoring.

Services & What to Expect 30-Minute Dog Walks: Every walk is tailored to your dog's pace and energy level. Before and after our stroll, I take extra time to play with their favorite toys, shower them with attention, and let them settle in comfortably. Drop-In Visits: Perfect for checking in, play sessions, potties, and companionship while you’re away. Attentive Care & Feeding: I am happy to handle scheduled feedings and fresh water refills during any visit upon request. Wellness Checks: During every visit, I conduct a quick overall wellness check to ensure your dog appears happy, healthy, and showing no signs of discomfort or physical issues.

Joel is an incredibly responsible, professional, and loving pet caregiver. Because he has been a pet owner to different dogs himself over two decades, he has handled each one with a great amount of care. He is incredibly patient, easily adapts to schedules as needed, communicates effectively especially during moments of change, and has demonstrated ability to handle the unexpected with critical thinking, all skills he relies on daily in his own line of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a deeply caring, attentive and flexible pet sitter!

I’m happy to recommend my friend Joel as a dog walker. Joel and I lived together for some time, so I saw firsthand how lovingly and responsibly he cared for his dog, Lucy. She was the sweetest dog, and it was clear that her temperament and trust reflected the kind, attentive care Joel consistently gave her. Joel is patient, dependable, and genuinely intuitive with animals. He pays close attention to their needs and personalities, and he bonds easily and naturally with dogs. I would trust him completely to care for my own pet and am confident that he would treat every dog in his care with the same warmth, attentiveness, and responsibility he showed Lucy! I recommend Joel without hesitation!
