I have had dogs and cats in my family for years. From big newfoundlands to small chihuahuas. I love playing with animals and spoiling them. In my household, pets are part of the family and I treat all pets the same.

Excellent experience. We have one anxious dog and one who just wants food. The anxious one usually picks a human to be a Velcro puppy to, and Joel was that person for her. They seemed very comfortable once we left. Joel kept us updated and sent photos and seemed to treat our pups like family. We would absolutely use them again.
We were new to rover and Joel made the process so easy and took great care of our two large dogs. He was brilliant at sending daily photos while we were away so that I wasn't worrying about them. We would definitely use Joel again for our boarding.
We loved having Joel take such great care of our dogs! We had 100% peace of mind knowing they were happy while we were away. Especially loved seeing pictures of them everyday enjoying the sunshine and sunning in the backyard. They had the best time! Thanks Joel!
Joel and his wife did such an amazing job with our pups. They sent pictures each day and were very patient with them. We would definitely recommend them!
Joel always takes great care of Charley. He sends lots of photos and updates about what is going on. Communication is prompt, so there are no misunderstandings. We have rebooked with him many times and will do so again.

I have a fenced in backyard and keep a watchful eye for outside time, water bowl, playtime, etc. I have one dog in my home that gets along with pets well. She regularly goes to the dog park and has had zero issues with cats or dogs of various sizes.
Pets
A typical day
Special activities I do with dogs depends on what the dog likes. I live right next to Hobgood park so going there for walks is always quick and convenient. If your dog is used to going to a dog park, I have no problem allowing time for that either.
