Joe is smart about pet care. He asks the right questions and understands our pet’s behavior well. Our dog was just fine in our absence and that’s a comfort to us. I hate to recommend Joe because he may become too popular. I hope he will come again when needed.

Joe was great! Along with (1) visit per day for my cats, Joe checked for packages on my front porch and even made sure that my garbage cans were in order. But the best part was her ability to snap photos of my usually timid cats and email them to me with reassuring notes of their welfare! I can feel confident in future travels with Joe looking after my cats!

Life in our home is happy and secure because of Joe and his dedication to our dogs. He has been with us over the past eleven years: feeding; walking; staying overnight and keeping watch over a total of four dogs. All the dogs love him, obey him and are healthier because of him. Joe watches their interaction and often tells me of when we need to keep a closer watch on their interactions, for example with one dog eating another's food, or bullying. This happened especially when the oldest dog was failing and needed different management. Over the last year of this dog's life, Joe helped make him more comfortable, and talked me through the decision to euthanize him and stayed with us for that passage. Many times, it has been Joe who first notices that one of the dogs is "off" and needs veterinary care. More than once, this has saved a dog from more serious illness. Joe is 100% reliable, aware of current needs with the dogs and around the house, communicates clearly by phone and text. We simply could not manage our pets without him. If I could put my own life in Joe's hands, I would do it without question!
