dogless dog guy seeks dog fix
Had my own dogs for much of my life but have traveled a lot until the past year or two and live alone, so am now dogless. PhD in psychology and experience training dogs as well. Mostly retired and able to set my own schedule. Rarely away from home except for grocery shopping and other errands. So quite flexible and able to spend a lot of time with your pet. Lots of dogs nearby so prefer a dog who gets along with most other dogs. I am also partial to med to large to giant dogs. No yard but am in a building with a lot of dogs and a nice neighborhood for walking. Walk 2.5 miles a day and happy to have a companion. Can walk or drive to two dog parks on Monroe in the city.

Schedule
I am home full time and will be with your dog except for brief trips to run errands or exercise. Your dog will be my priority when s/he is with me.

Safety, trust & environment
I follow the instructions owners give me re feeding and medication. Generally take two longish walks a day (1-2 miles, depending on the dog's needs and ability) and two shorter walks.
A typical day
Frequent walks, play with toys. Happy to walk a mile to one of the dog parks on Monroe if your dog thinks that is a good idea.
