I’ve helped take care of my own dogs as far back as I can remember, but we will just say since I was around 8 years old. I currently have a Husky and an old Belgium Shepherd, and have had two other wonderful dogs over the years. In my teen years I helped a nice woman take care of her pups at her dog grooming establishment while she worked, called Sherman’s place in Malibu that is unfortunately closed now. And relatively recently I worked at a veterinary clinic, Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital, in their boarding department for the better part of a year, taking care of dogs that were sick or injured, as well as dogs that were left with us because people weren’t available. I’d give them their food and water, take them on walks, cleanup after them, and a few other things here and there like feeding and checking up on the cats. Overall just loving and truly caring about all the animals, and making sure they’re as happy and healthy as they can be. Depending on how many other people I already have scheduled during the week, I should be available every day besides Sunday and Monday unless unforeseen circumstances arise. I always treat the clients pets and their home with the utmost love and respect. If there is anything special about your dogs that I should know about, such as allergies, if the dog is fearful or has anxiety, even if there’s just a special toy he likes, please let me know and I will accommodate to the best of my abilities. I’m an animal lover at heart, and truly want to see your furry children happy and healthy, scaly or feathery ones too if need be (I can feed your other pets too😁)
