It is certainly important to know as much as possible about your pet. I can work with behavioral issues if necessary yet need to know about those ahead of time. And I find it very helpful to know your pets favorite ways to play. The more I can learn about this ahead of time the more we can get right down to having fun.
A typical day
Lots of different places to walk or run that are steeped in nature for exciting walks or runs. I will cater to whatever activity that your dog enjoys and match the appropriate exercise level that your pet deserves.

Pet care experience
For the past 22 years I have learned to raise, train and care for dogs from all walks of life. I enjoy the simple outings, to a very adventurous day in the forest with trails, water, exploring with new scents and varieties every minute of the day. And I still love to taking care of senior pets. As an addendum, I enjoy working with aggression issues. Whether a dog comes from a home or from the Shelter I have been able to help them become good citizens through spending time in nature. With my dogs as their guides they learn to run, explore and gain confidence by spending time in a natural and non threatening environment. With other dogs they are taught that they are no different from any other dog. They sense there is nothing to fear and that they are just one of a large pack, a pack that exists no matter where they go and one that they fit in with.

Joe was really great! My little dog took to him right away. Joe was a great communicator and sent me pictures throughout the day. My dog seemed very relaxed and happy after a full day with Joe. I would HIGHLY recommend him! We will definitely be calling Joe for our next visit to Jackson.
Joe was great with Hank! Hank is a senior dog and moves slowly. He also has separation anxiety. Joe was patient and kind and listened to Hank’s needs and altered his walks and activity to meet Hank’s ability. Hank was a very happy boy and could tell he’d been well cared for. I will definitely utilize Joe again!
Such a great day with Joe! Took my dog on incredible hikes and from the moment she met him I knew it was a good match. Sent great photos and videos, couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend!
Joe was fantastic! He took great care of my golden retriever, Tucker, and was able to accept my request on short notice. He was perfectly communicative and sent several updates, which I really appreciated. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
