I work from home. The house is sundrenched and there are plenty of places to snooze. Glad to play ball, scratch belly and butts and go for a walks throughout the day. We even have a fenced in back yard and pool.

We have a fenced deck, your buddy will always be on a leash outside. He can be free to walk around the pool deck and spend time in the sunshine with the door to the kitchen open. Two large water bowls always full of cool water ready and waiting. I'll be checking on our buddy all the time.

Information Joe L. would like to know about your pet
He starts with a quick sniff patrol, then it’s fetch on the lawn or a soft frisbee. He’ll tug in the shade, play “find it” with treats in the grass, or join hide-and-seek behind pool chairs. A short training session keeps him focused, then he cools off with water nearby and a shady break. After play, it’s a quick brush, towel-off, and a sunbeam nap.
A typical day
Rover’s day is simple and happy: an early morning walk, plenty of naps in sunny spots, and a burst of playtime (especially fetch) when he’s ready to go. He gets another walk before dinner, eats, then finishes with a calm evening walk before settling in for the night. Lots of pictures if you like.

I say hi to all dogs going by
Pet care experience
I have had 4 dogs of my own or in my family over my lifetime. At an average of 11 years each buddy, even Charlie the bulldog lived long, healthy and happy lives. If I jump in the car, I let them to join. I have been know to stop for a hot dog, burger (no roll) or ice cream on special holidays. Always have fresh water and doggy treats. I would provide with the parents permission. I have a beautiful home just one block from the beach' I have a pool and fenced deck for summer fun and there is a beautiful lake across the street that is one mile for a walk complete walk around. Lots of love and plenty of time to hang out. I am big on sending pictures and fun shots also video of great moments throughout the day. The beach area is great and i have places for a run.
Reviews

Joe is a great host. I left Jackson there for a long weekend and he treated him like royalty. He sent frequent updates and you could see that Jackson loved every minute. When I dropped off Jackson, Joe has printed out the notes I left in Jackson's profile which made me feel extra comfortable that they would give hime the best care possible. I would definitely leave Jackson with Joe again!
Reese had so much fun and I received great picture updates. Will reach out again when in the area.
I have known Joe (Lipman) for nearly 50 years. He is a man of integrity and character. He had dogs most of his life and only showed affection for all of them. I would recommend Joe as the perfect partner for man's best friend,
I have known and been friends with Joe Lipman for nearly 50 years. He a stand-up, guy, an animal lover with a big soft spot for dogs. Over the years I've witnessed his relationship with his three dogs who lived happy, wonderfully full lives as Joe's dog. I guess my best description of Joe and his relationship with dogs is that I would leave my dogs with him anytime.
