I am currently available Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 2pm and 7pm, with more flexibility Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Please message me for specific availability, as there are times I may have a scheduled appointment or prior commitment. I do require a meet and greet prior to providing any pet-sitting services, so I typically do not accept last minute requests for new clients. I can accept last minute requests for existing clients, as a meet and greet would have already taken place. I DO NOT give out my personal cell phone number, and communicate only through the Rover app/Rover-provided phone number. Any spam/scams will be reported.

I prefer to care for pets in the client's home due to my dog being high-energy and rambunctious. I can do drop-in visits for dogs or cats to let them out in the yard, scoop litter boxes, provide play time, check food/water bowls, etc, or dog-walking if your dog needs to get out of the house while you're away for the day.

I would like to know if a dog or cat has any behavior issues, is on medication, and/or has any health issues. I also always like to have emergency contact and veterinary information provided to me, just in case.
A typical day
I can walk dogs, throw a ball or other toys around in a fenced yard for dogs, provide play time inside with approved indoor toys for both dogs and cats.

Pet care experience
I have 7 years of prior vet tech experience and numerous years experience caring for my own animals, plus a few years of prior off and on pet sitting experience. I grew up on a small farm with a number of different animals, including lots of dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. I am comfortable with dogs up to about 80 pounds or so - for larger dogs, I am ok with walking them if they do not pull excessively or if they can use a Gentle Leader or other type of head halter. I am comfortable administering medications, cleaning litter boxes, and cleaning up dog poop from the yard. I love to play and snuggle with dogs and cats, as long as the feeling is mutual. I prefer to exercise high energy dogs in a fenced in yard so they have the freedom to run as much as needed.
