My schedule is very flexible and am home a majority of the day but do volunteer a two days a week around 3 hours at a time. I will alert you of my schedule if there are any expected longer gaps of time.

I live in a beautiful new building that is very dog friendly. We have a small dog run in the building for quick pee breaks, a tree lined street and are 2 blocks from the WeHo dog park and the same distance from the Beverly Gardens Park path. I work from home so am here full-time except for some days when i volunteer around 3 hours at a stretch or errands. I would let you know in advance of my schedule to make sure you are comfortable. My preference is always to do a meet and greet if that works for you.

Please let me know what triggers your pets have, any special needs, feeding and walking schedule, etc. I like to do everything that you would be doing, as closely as possible. There is never TOO MUCH information IMO. Most importantly, please advise if your pets haven’t been eating or acting abnormal at all, so that I can be on high alert.
A typical day
For dogs, we will take walks per your preferences and even go to the dog park if you allow. Having your pet’s favorite toys will be most fun so that we can play. Lots of pets and cuddles for those that want it. Dog or Cat TV for when I have to step out.

Pet care experience
I have always been a lover of animals. I have had cats most of my life and several years ago lost 2 that were in their 20s. Since Franny and Zooey passed I have been trusted by my friends, family and neighbors to take care of their pets while they are away. I am officially joining Rover for Boarding service as of 3/3/26 since I have, sadly, lost a few angels to the Rainbow Bridge recently and have room to open up my home (and my heart) beyond my inner circle. (Update 4/6/26: I am available for Dog Walks in my neighborhood while not Boarding.) Caring for your pets brings me great joy while I no longer have my own. I would love to be an Auntie to yours!

Jody was great! She was super communicative and I appreciated her being available last minute. She really payed attention to all of my dog’s behavioral quirks and took great care to listen to my instructions.
Jody is awesome—my dog is nervous and selective, and Jody really made sure she would be comfortable during her stay. I just picked her up and she was excited to see me for a few minutes but now couldn’t care less, which is just proof of great care.
Jody has cat sit for us multiple times and I could not ask for a better sitter. She is attentive and listens to our instructions including confirming specifics with us on any requests. She is very communicative, sending us pictures of our kitty and letting us know how she is doing. Most importantly I can feel like she cares for our kitty as much as we do. I feel that our cat is completely safe and cared for with Jody. Trust is the most important element for me with a cat sitter and I trust Jody completely and would recommend her anyone.
Jody is an absolutely amazing person to take care of your pet - cat or dog. We love to have Jody watch our cat while we are out of town, and our cat, Lily, loves it too. I have friends who also hire Jody to watch their dog. She is an incredible and responsible person who I would trust with basically anything or anyone!
