Safe and clean haven for small dogs
I will only take small dogs into my home. I understand how nerve wracking it is, as a small dog owner, to leave my little babies at someone else’s home. I’ve been caring for my own small dogs for 30 years. I’m experienced with senior dogs, puppies, and multiple dogs at one time. My home is large, safe and clean. Although I have a fully fenced yard, I never allow any dogs outside unattended. As a small dog owner, I understand how important it is to have a safe place to take my babies when I travel. I’d love to provide that service to you and your small dogs. I, also, require a meet and great, as well as your dogs being up to date on their vaccinations. Medium to large sized dogs MAY be permitted on a case by case basis. My intention is to be a safe place for the smaller dogs without the threat of larger dogs. I will consider

Jody was absolutely amazing. I had a last-minute work-related project that needed to be done asap. Jody was accommodating in watching Abby for me in such a short time frame. Abby was also able to make new friends with Jody's four-legged family. The care that Jody gave to Abby was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. I had zero worry and knew Abby was in loving hands.
Jody is absolutely amazing with loving on all fur babies! She has a tender soul and always puts my pets and anyone’s pets needs before her own. She will love on your pets as if they are her own fur babies. I’ve known Jody for almost 40 years and I can attest to her loving and caring nature!

I am very particular with whom I have watch my fur babies. Jody kept in contact with me, sent pics and gave me updates and I got to enjoy my trip. I knew they were in great care and didn’t even want to leave when I went to pick them up. I will use her again. It is so nice to know that I can take a trip and know they are being left in great care.

She is incredibly attentive, responsible, and genuinely loving with animals — my dogs absolutely adore her. She takes the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines, and needs, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medications, or just extra snuggles and reassurance. I always come home to calm, happy dogs and a clean, well-cared-for space, which says so much about the level of care she provides. What truly sets her apart is how much she treats my dogs like her own. She communicates clearly, sends thoughtful updates, and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while I’m away. It’s such a relief to have someone I trust completely with my pets, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate, and exceptional pet sitter.

Schedule
I am not employed and I am home every day for most of the day. I treat my dogs like babies and spoil them rotten. I go to church on Sundays and leave the home occasionally for errands and yoga. However, I’m typically home with my dogs.

I have a fully fenced yard. I do not ever allow any of my dogs outside unattended, and I won’t let yours out alone either. I have a large, nice home that can accommodate some visitors. Dogs are kenneled when I leave the home for brief periods of time.
Pets
A typical day
I can take the dogs on short walks during appropriate outside temperatures. I don’t walk them when temperatures rise above 78 walk degrees as that can be dangerous for them. Walk time will vary due to dog’s size and condition. We also have my little dogs around who love to play. And, my car is set up with extra kennels for fun small dogs park trips if the pups seem bored.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs. I will not accept aggressive dogs, no matter what size. Older, timid dogs will not be mixed with the general population of pups. They will have their own room set up equipped with beds and a couch for cuddles. Let me know if they like to be in kennels or not.
