What is a home without a dog? I have always had a dog- or a few dogs. They make life good. I live with my husband and our two teenage daughters. We are a fun loving family of four, living on a small (wanna be) farm with our dog Larry and a flock of hens. Larry was a rescue from the humane society- and despite her rough start, she is ridiculous sweet. She can be both playful and lazy- a great combination for a playdate. The house yard is dog friendly- very large and fully fenced. My home is equally dog friendly- relaxed with plenty of room to get comfortable. I have a work from home situation, so your furry friend/family member will get plenty of love and good attention.

Jodie and Chris have been exactly what my husband and I have been looking for for a long time! I was nervous about having a dog sitter because my dogs are like my children, but Jodie and Chris have been so amazing, they treat them and myself like family, can’t recommend enough :)
With this stay, I’m sure my dog would have rather stayed with Jodie & Chris permanently. Their place is exceptional for a dog and Hank was quickly a member of the pack (Thank you Larry - Good Dog). You have no idea how good my dog had it there. Big THANK YOU to Jodie & Chris. The people who came to get Hank were blown away Too. Expect more business in the future. I can’t say enough. Hank already misses you!
Bodhi had a wonderful stay with Jodie and her family. He was well taken care of and had lots of room to explore. Jodie and Chris were very responsive and provided updates and photos.
Awesome sitters. Lots of room to run and play and gets lots of walks and attention on top of it. He gets along great with Larry. I can be at ease knowing hes cared for and loved in his home away from home. Thanks!!!
I find it hard to leave my 5 yr old St Bernard, Kallie, with sitters because she is a big, furry girl and requires daily medication treatment for epilepsy. Not everyone is excited to take on my gentle giant! But Jodie was not only willing to meet and care for Kallie, she was obviously a dog lover, very motivated to make Kallie’s absence from her Mama a caring and trustworthy experience, and appeared thrilled to add Kallie to her family for the weekend . Jodie is a very thorough and professional caregiver, offers a comfortable home and outdoor environment for her guest pups to explore, play & relax, and I had all the confidence in the world that Kallie would be safe and happy. Jodie sent pictures of Kallie enjoying her active & resting times each day, and updates on her wellness. Jodie and her family were definitely a wonderful “family” for Kallie while I was away, and both Kallie and I will certainly enjoy more visits with them. Kallie came home tired and exhausted, but happy and “smiling”! I highly recommend Jodie as a top-notch choice for your dog sitter! Thank you, Jodie, for loving and caring for Kallie with such kindness and attentiveness. We appreciate you!!
Jodie and Chris are our 4 legged baby’s home away from home!!! They both went out of their way to accommodate our hectic plans and last minute changes! We were nervous about leaving our 9 month old pup/adolescent dog but they assured us they love pups and all dogs are special! We received pics &/or videos daily of our Gus playing with their dog Larry. We were assured daily we had left our baby in good hands!! We will leave Gus with Jodie and Chris anytime we can’t take him with us!!

Schedule
I (and my family) are very animal - and people- focused. While I will be the primary contact and person in charge of your dog, know that my family will also be available and more than willing to help- we love dogs! Happy to have yours with us :).

Your dog(s) will be warmly welcomed into our home- made to feel comfortable and kept safe. Our dog Larry is a part of our family. I similarly care for dogs that I host, as if they were a part of our family, and in a way that you would want - love and attention, exercise and play. All the loves.

A typical day
We are an active family in a peaceful setting. We are often hanging outside in the large fenced yard and garden. We are happy throwing the ball or frisbee, letting the dogs run and play. We also enjoy good walks and hikes. Your furry four legged friends will have good company and lots of love when they are with us.
