A typical day

I am happy to go on long walks with doggies on or off lead, play fetch and go to lakes. play with your cats with their favourite toys to provide stimulation so they are not bored :) and of course, provide lots of snuggles and plenty of attention if that is what they like.

We had never used a dog walker or sitter before, so we were a little nervous at first. But Jodie was absolutely wonderful — she instantly put our minds at ease with her kind and professional approach. She kept us updated with regular messages and adorable photos of our fur babies, which really reassured us they were in safe, loving hands. We’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave them and will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Highly recommended!

My wife and I got to know Jodie through a pet sitting network. We have a larger dog, similar in size to a Labrador. He is a street rescue dog; we met him and then adopted him while on holiday in Thailand in 2020. Like a lot of rescue dogs, his behaviour and temperament needed a little work as he adjusted to a new life in a home. Needing a dog sitter to cover certain parts of our work schedule, we asked Jodie to come for a meeting with Aether and a test walk. We found her to be calm and confident, clearly a 'dog person' she was understanding of Aethers history and the need to be cautious around other dogs. We had a good feeling about her from the start. She never seemed nervous regarding his size and strength, and we have never had any problems when she has been looking after him. We feel she understands his importance to us and always looks after him in the best way possible. She is punctual and communicates to us her arrival at our house when sitting for him and how the day with Aether has been. He can be temperamental to walk but she is patient with him, and he always seems happy and relaxed when we get home. We are happy for Jodie to be in our house, and value her greatly.

My 2 cats love it when Jodie looks after them whilst I'm away. I always come back to happy, content cats. She ensures their feeding and medication regimes are kept to their usual routine and gives them lots of attention, and provides me with daily updates. She is worth her weight in gold as a petsitter and treats every pet with the utmost love, care and patience. 10/10.
