Having spent my early years with our family dogs, I have come to an appreciation of the anxiety and work families go through in order to go on a trip without their beloved pets! Keeping your family pets in their own home reduces the stress on the family and the pet! We own a seasonal resort so we have limited availability for overnights June/July/August but are available for walking & attention throughout the day. Our resort is closed is mid-September through mid-May when we house-sit as well as care for our neighbors pets in their own home. Ideally we would like to meet the family and your pet before agreeing to home & pet sitting as we want a good match. Services offered: drop in care, pet walking, house sitting. Because we live in rural Minnesota, our fees reflect the additional transportation costs going to your home for services.

Prior to pet sitting in your home, I require meeting the owner and the pets. This will determine if we are a good match and the family can be confident your fur baby is well taken care.

Jodi was fabulous! We took the dogs on a short walk during our “meet and greet” and she asked many questions making sure the dogs’ needs were met. Communication was excellent and she took our dogs for a wonderful walk while in her care. We will use her again and highly recommend her services.
We have had the opportunity to hire Jodi for pet sitting our elderly pups in our home, house sitting when we go on vacations, and house cleaning. At each instance we have found her to be professional and detail oriented. She asks appropriate clarifying questions based on the job and we always feel confident she will get the job done. I would not hesitate to ask her to do a variety of tasks and know she will be honest if she cannot.

Schedule
When our seasonal resort is closed I am available most days and weekends. I have regular families on my schedule but only take one family reservation at a time.
