Hi, I’m Jodi and I’m a huge dog lover who enjoys caring for dogs in a safe, loving home environment. I currently offer dog boarding, daycare and your pup will be treated like one of the family while they stay with me. I can also drop into your house to visit your dog for feeding and letting out etc. I have a valid DBS on the update service. I have two small, friendly dogs of my own, Maisie and Mabel, and over the years I’ve had lots of experience with different breeds and raising five puppies. I’m also animal first aid trained, so your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. I work from home, which means I’m around 24/7 for supervision, walks, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I’m lucky to live close to several lovely parks for walks, and I also have a large, secure garden where dogs can safely play and relax. Dogs truly bring me so much joy and happiness, and I love giving them the care, attention and affection they deserve. I’m happy to welcome small and medium dogs, including puppies, but unfortunately I’m unable to take large breeds as one of my dogs can be nervous around them. I’ve cared for many dogs over the years and love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Barney has just returned from a week staying with Jodi. Barney is our baby, and Jodi took the time to get to know Barneys little quirks and unique ways. She kept in regular contact whilst we were away with videos and photos of Barneys holiday with her. She even let him have plenty of ‘settling in’ sessions prior to his stay which reassured us and built trust between Barney and Jodi. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jodi to anyone or use her again. I booked Jodi to look after my very sensitive dog Daisy as I was going in hospital for a procedure only overnight I was worried about Daisy as she’s a very nervous dog But she was fine with Jodi and her family Now if I ever have to use rover again I will use Jodi again and feel very comfortable That Daisy will be happy there Thanks Jodi you were ace with my Daisy xxx
Jodi really looked after our Boo, she’s a shy girl and after one night she was already getting cuddles which says it all!
Jodi was absolutely fantastic home boarding our cocker spaniel. We were always kept up to date with pictures, videos and messages of what he was up to and it seems like he had a great time! Highly recommend from us! Thank you!
Bailey absolutely loved his time with Jodie, he was so happy and comfortable there for the stay and was loving every minute of it, Jodie looked after him so well and was very professional and caring for our loved one, he played with other dogs and had no issue, would 100% recommend Jodie and will be booking with her again with full confidence
Jodi was amazing with Fudge and treated her like she was here own. Keeping us up to date with how she was doing and sharing photos of what she was up to. Would definitely recommend to anybody and have already rebooked for future holidays.

Schedule
I am currently available on all days at various times as working from home. I am available every day for boarding of dogs.I will take 1 dog max at any one time or 2 small dogs from same family. For daycare I am available from 8am for drop offs. I can do pickups from 9am only.

Safety, trust & environment
I am first aid trained for dogs and I also hold a valid DBS on the update service. I am also in the middle of Ofqual Regulated Level 3 Professional Day Care and Boarding course. I have a large fenced in garden with a smaller, high fenced in garden to the rear. I live close to parks and fields so there are plenty of areas to walk the dogs on. All dogs will be kept on a lead at all times when out. If your dog needs off lead fun then the owner will have to book an enclosure for your dogs stay. This is to keep your dog safe. My local enclosure is £15 for an hour. The main rooms of my home are also on cctv as wel as outside for safety. I also have a Tractive tracking device for dogs which I can put on your dogs collar if you would like.

A typical day
I have lots of dog toys and accessories already and love taking my dogs to the dog enclosure so your dog could join us or if they prefer a solo walk I can do that for them. I have enrichment tools to keep your dog happy 😃
