I am a freelance makeup artist so most of my work is done on the weekends, leaving the weekdays almost completely open every week. I have plenty of time from morning until night! I have a lot of time for drop in visits, and walks, however because of my home situation with all of my cats, they would not be fond of other animals coming in, and I am too attached to leave my cats at night.

I treat every pet that I meet like I am their favorite aunt that spoils them every time she comes over! I like to learn as much about them as possible so that I can respect them, their space, and their boundaries. I am very trusting when it comes to animals and rarely feel unsafe around them. It can be scary letting people into your home and caring for your pets and I understand that 100%, so I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. I want each pet to have the best quality of life possible, and if I can assist with that I would love to.

Let me know if your dog has any specific triggers to look out for (the mail man, loud noises scare them, quick movements) because I want them to be as comfortable and accommodated as possible. Especially while walking them, I want to make sure they are safe, I am safe, as well as all other people and animals around.

I love being able to throw a ball or a toy for dogs so that they can run at as fast of a pace as they want, so they can really get their energy out. I also love going for walks especially during the fall because it such a beautiful time to walk. I am a master at chuck it!

I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs and cats in my family! I grew up with 2 small dogs (10lbs), both living until 15 years old. Our one girl Lilly needed medication for congestive heart failure twice a day everyday for years. We snuck it in with peanut butter…to her it was just a treat! I also have pet sit for my sister who has 2 large dogs (50lbs doodle & 100lbs golden retriever/German Shepard mix), and my aunt who has a German Shepard. I now live with my 2 cats, and 2 other cats of my family (4 total). I love my cats more than anything in the world, and make sure they are as spoiled as can be. I am comfortable taking cats outside on a harness and a leash! That’s how my cats go outside. I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats, respecting their boundaries, and making sure that they are comfortable around me!

Jocelyn is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter! She walks our dog multiple times a week and is so good with her. She is always early, communicates well and is trustworthy. We are lucky to have her!
Jocelyn was great! She was as able to come to our house last minute and gave our pups and cat lots of play and attention. I will definitely contact her again.
