If your pup isn’t a fan of cats, no worries—I can easily keep my cats secured in a separate area to ensure a calm and stress-free environment for everyone. My goal is to make your pet feel right at home, so any details you can share about their likes, dislikes, and unique personality traits are greatly appreciated!
A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of outdoor time, exercise, and play to keep your pet happy and engaged. Each morning starts with a refreshing walk around our gated and secure apartment complex, which features a scenic walking trail and several shaded spots to explore. I also take my daughters to the park every evening, so your pet will enjoy lots of outdoor time, fresh air, and friendly company. We have a gated doggy park where I take pups for safe, off-leash fun—only one household is allowed at a time, ensuring a peaceful environment. For pets staying with me, I provide a minimum of three outings each day, including walks and playtime, to keep them comfortable and well-cared for. If your pet has specific needs or prefers less outdoor time, I am happy to follow any instructions you provide, such as shorter outings or a slower pace. Additionally, we adjust our time outside based on the weather—on rainy days, we’ll do quick potty breaks to keep your pet dry and comfortable.

Pet care experience
Growing up, I used to always come home with stray dogs and insisted we must keep them since they didn’t have a home. I have loved cats and dogs all my life, I would volunteer myself to walk all the animals in my family when I’d go over. My experience comes from having my own, having them in our family and volunteering to watching them while the grown ups go out and have fun. I love our furry friends! I’ve cared for a dwarf bunny, a dog and cats recently and I enjoyed getting to know them and their unique behaviors. Seeing how much I enjoyed it made me realize I could do this on a daily basis given how much free time I have. About 4 years ago I started feeding stray cats around my old neighborhood, the colony was huge but I felt the need to help them. The more I fed them and gained their trust the more I felt the need to help. I found a woman on IG and asked her if she could help me fix them all and find them homes. She was able to trap and fix them, there was around 96 cats total & we were able to successfully rehome 30 of them! One of them owned me and I couldn’t see him go so I kept Spot. I love cats and dogs and find them to be what every human needs in their life. I enjoy being home and I love going on walks as a form of self care. Pet care fits perfectly in my weekly routine because my main focus is to finish school at this time. I wouldn’t mind the company! I attend to their needs as I come across them and follow their own schedules on a timely manner. I ensure that I provide them with clean water and food daily while also giving them the proper exercise and attention on the basis of their schedule. Please note I only crate them when requested by owner and if it’s provided.

Jocelyn was our saving graces during puppyhood! She watched our puppy 1-3 days per week and helped put our mind at ease during busy work days. She is very communicative, does a good job keeping us updated, and most importantly kept Maggie safe! She was willing to follow any directions we needed her too and we could tell our puppy loved her visits! 10/10 would recommend!
Jocelyn was very easy to work with and did a great job watching Luffy for doggie daycare! The pickup and drop offs were seamless, and it was very easy to coordinate with her. Luffy had a great time, coming back happy and loved playing with her. We got many photos throughout the day of his time, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Jocelyn as a dogsitter!

Jocelyn has been an amazing sitter for our puppy. We trust her to enter our home and take really good care of our girl while we are at work. She does an amazing job with communication, puppy updates, any is even willing to participate in training which has helped us so much.
