Safety, trust, and environment are at the heart of Joanne’s daycare and boarding service. When dogs come to stay, they are welcomed into a secure and welcoming setting. The property features a fully enclosed private forest for safe daily walks, as well as a large, secure outdoor space where dogs can roam and play under supervision. All dogs are housed in a dedicated annex reserved exclusively for their comfort, providing a calm, clean, and homely space separate from the main house. Joanne carefully follows each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, routines, medication (if required), and individual preferences to ensure consistency and reassurance. Supervision is provided throughout the day, as she works from home, allowing her to monitor behaviour, manage introductions thoughtfully, and maintain a safe, relaxed environment. Owners can feel confident their dogs are cared for in a secure, attentive, and professionally managed setting

Joanne is absolutely fantastic and provides exceptional care, genuinely treating every dog as if they were her own. From the very beginning, it’s clear how experienced, attentive, and compassionate she is. She takes the time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, and individual needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure, and happy throughout their stay. The facilities are outstanding as dogs enjoy frequent freeroaming in a fully enclosed and secure private garden both front and back of the house, with a additional private forest where dogs are walked on a lead. Seperate to the main house where the family reside and the resident pet, Winston lives, is a dedicated annex where family will often work from home is where my dog is often located when they are not on walks. There are even separate shower facilities just for dogs. Any dog would be lucky to stay with Joanne!
