Joanne was a perfect match for our energetic, sometimes demanding, lurcher. She was very professional at every stage from first meeting to finding out more about his routine to make sure everything went smoothly for his stay. Percy had lots of walks including fetch as his favourite activity and Joanne was brilliant at following his usual routine and feeding. We returned to one happy dog which was so refreshing as he is normally anxious when left. Joanne kept us fully updated throughout his stay with lovely pictures of him on walks, relaxing and during his active times which were tremendously reassuring and made our weekend all the more pleasant knowing he was being really well-cared for. He certainly bonded with Joanne and she took the time to learn all his little habits and routines. Couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Hope to re-book again.
