Ciao a tutti! Sono Joanne, lavoro come architetto e sono un amante degli animali a tempo pieno. :) Sono qui a milano da più di 5 anni quindi parlo e capisco l'italiano, ma non lo parlo fluentemente. I grew up with dogs and cats and currently have 2 Persian cats and 5 dogs back home in Manila. Over the years, I've cared for breeds ranging from Shih Tzus to Golden Retrievers, Belgian Malinois, Labradors, Beagles, and Rottweilers, so I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities :) Being away from my own pets is what brought me to Rover. Spending time with animals eases my homesickness a lot and offering my services will also be a huge win for my emotional health. As a responsible, non-smoking sitter, I'll make sure your pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, care, and cuddles while you're away. ❤️ If your dogs and cats like endless cuddles and petting, I am definitely the best person for that!

Joanne è stata davvero gentilissima e premurosa! Mentre ero via per lavoro, il mio cane si è sentito male e lei è stata molto paziente, si è presa cura di lui, gli ha dato le medicine e mi ha tenuta aggiornata con foto. Mi sono sentita davvero tranquilla sapendo che era in ottime mani. La consiglio assolutamente!

Joanne is an absolute gem! We always feel at ease leaving our cat Arturo in her care. During weekends as well as a week long trip. She’s always reliable and attentive. She sends us regular updates and photos, which we love. Arturo feels super comfortable with her, which is the most important thing. We highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.

Schedule
I am working full-time as an architect. I go to the office few times a week but I can indefinitely work remotely at home. This is why boarding a pet on weekdays while I'm at home works the best. On weekends, I usually make some free time for myself so I am also available on the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I attend to the pets I take care most of the time. I take breaks with my work by playing and cuddling with them. I walk them in the morning, during lunch and then in the afternoon. My home has ample space to host one pet at a time and it's very open and cozy.
A typical day
I love playing and cuddling with pets. I match the energy of dogs who play zoomies all the time! For some senior dogs, I play with them calmly. I like to cuddle with the pets. I'd carry them in front of the mirror and show them how cute they are!

- Let me know if your dog/cat has special needs. I'd gladly take care of them according to their specific routine. I don't have any preference with breeds but I personally would take small to medium dogs as they can freely roam around my apartment with plenty of space.
