A typical day
A typical visit starts with a quick check that everything is as it should be, followed by feeding, fresh water and any medication if needed. Then comes the fun part 😻 playtime, cuddles, treats and company (depending on your pet’s preferences!). Before I leave, I’ll send you a quick update and a few photos so you know how they’re getting on.

Pet care experience
I’ve shared my life with cats and dogs for as long as I can remember and currently live with my partner and our two rescue cats, Felix and Pixie, both adopted from the RSPCA. I understand that every pet is different. Some want endless fuss and playtime, while others prefer their routine and a bit of space. My aim is always to keep your pet happy, comfortable and relaxed in their own environment while you’re away.

Reviews
This is the second time we have used Jo. She is so caring towards Felix and gave us regular detailed updates
We were absolutely delighted with the drop-in visit by Jo. She has experience looking after cats and was aware of Felix’s needs who is on thyroid medication, and even suggested and brought over a couple of packs of Lick-e-liks to help Felix take the medication. Communication was fantastic, we received updates, photos, and videos of her visit.

Hi Joanne, thank you for looking after mittens and keeping me updated while I was away. When I go away again l would like to get in touch with you again .thank you for the little bag goodies you gave mittens. Best wishes Mary& Mittens

Excellent communication and we have a very happy dog. Thank you!
